A commission is not a purchase; it is a sequence, and every stage of it is reversible until you sign the drawing off. Measured, drawn, priced, made and fitted — set out here in the order the workshop actually runs it.

Two benches and a spray booth in a converted workshop on the edge of Frome. We publish one rate card, we never run a sale, and we tell you who is fitting your wardrobe and which day they start.

    Draw it, get a band

    The configurator gives you an honest estimate range from a published rate card — no email, no phone number, before you see a number.

  2. Workshop stage

    A surveyor confirms your wall

    Free, and it exists to CONFIRM the configurator's estimate, never replace it with a bigger one. Sloped ceilings, a chimney breast, skirting and out-of-square walls are measured properly before anything is priced firm.

    One firm price, one written commission

    A fixed deposit percentage, a payment schedule agreed in writing, and the same price whoever you are. We do not run sales, so we never need to invent a reason for one.

    Made in the Frome workshop, fitted by the people who made it

    We tell you who is fitting it and the day they start. Floors and access are protected, and the old wardrobe leaves with us — nobody is left with a skip's worth of MDF.

Ask Elm before you commission

Elm answers from the same rate card the configurator uses, and from this workshop’s own policies on deposits, lead times and materials. Elm will say plainly when a question needs a surveyor, and never quotes a fixed price or a firm date.
